Destroy The Godmodder: War of a Thousand Universes (CHAPTER 5 - CHAOS REIGNS) (Always accepting new players) RP (2024)

(Note for archival readers: Due to issues on my end, I failed to process tzaoray's post last round. After discussing it with him, we agreed that the best course of action would be to reply to it as though he'd posted it for this turn's update. This is why it's being processed here.)

Being PG is hard work so I gotta ask this.
"Mr. Dedede, would Aspera be like, would he like uhhh, would he pass down his job and all the other awesome sh*t to somebody if he were to retire or anything like that?
Also does he accept organ donations?"

I use the Inkbrush. Boy, I hope Sans kills something this round.

Action: When I was a kid, I did this weird school project where you had to get a really big object and find a way to shove it down your pocket. I didn't knew what to shove into my pocket, but I soon realized that the Anteaters physical body makes it so that its perfect for shoving down your pocket.

But as it turns out, Anteaters are also kinda homicidal so I had major trouble figuring out how to shove it in my pocket. But then I came up with a genius solution. I picked up an Anteater and subjected it to intense, ball busting, rigorous training that caused it to develop homicidal and sad*stic tendencies towards Ants that are 500x more barbaric and concentrated than every other Anteater on the planet. To be honest, I kinda took a major liking to my psychotic Anteater. I named him Freddy and

blah blah blah blah, point is I pull out Freddy and sic him on the Mother of Ants. And when he's done I spray it with a baking soda and powdered sugar mixture, dump large amounts of Borax and Diatomaceous earth on it, pour boiled water (hurts Ants and every human that breathes air including the ones that dont feel pain) on it, and stomp on it a couple of times because with Ants you can never know if they are dead, halfway dead, or pretty close to surviving. I stepped on a lot of them to know.

King Dedede: I suspect if Aspera does kick it, it'll mostly result in fragmentation.
King Dedede: Some people MIGHT try to take his job, but anyone who took the job would have trouble managing the empire. Aspera was unusually good at it, and I never did figure out how.

You summon another Sans!

You sic a mudererous anteater on the Mother of Ants! The resulting carnage destroys The Ring-Yew, the Plant, the Bees, and the Thunderskin, as well as nearly destroying the Variable Entity, but the Cake Healthbar avoids the destruction - barely! On the second pass, the anteater also destroys all of the spawned Variable Pizzas before finally catching and consuming the Mother of Ants! You gain 10,000 TORQUE!

"MY VAN!"

The One Hit Wonder, wielding his Guitar, chases after the Waddles with a mindless fervor! He ventures across the land, taking on the denizens of the Kingdom that Dedede calls home and wreaking merry havoc! Multiple bosses get Guitar'd in the face, several landscape features are reshaped from the antics, and so many buildings and gizmos are blown sky high! All as a side effect of trying to retrieve the Van! The Groupie acts as a cheerleader, intel, pickup tracker, and occasional gameplay mixup for stealth sections, further adding to the mayhem!

Alas, all is lost - a small pink thing eats his car, becomes one with it, and commits vehicular manslaughter (it was just Zeus, so no one cared) just as he reaches it. Then it spits it out and vanishes in a puff of smoke, meaning it truly will never be seen again like the post said. He returns to the battlefield sullenly, with The Groupie comforting him.

King Dedede, upon seeing the extent of the damage and the number of zeros on the repair bill, realizes that he'll be broke by the time everything is fixed!

Being Broke, unfortunately, is a source of extreme financial damage!! It proves to be very vexing and annoying!

Just like having Radio Music blared in his ears. Loudly. Via Amplifier.

Thankfully, another round of explosive PYROTECHNICS occurs and deafens King Dedede temporarily! By exploding in his face!

...

It doesn't help nearly as much as one would hope since the song is so catchy it's now stuck on loop in the King's brain.

115/115 - COOL LIGHTS!

These Cool Lights have one job - to shine a spotlight on someone! They can either buff an ally with Confidence as they get to be in the literal spotlight as well as the metaphorical one, or they can debuff an enemy with Stage Fright as they have all this attention called to them - and just when they've forgotten their lines too!

Next up is...

78/120 - AMPLE SEATING

I think this is pretty self explanatory.

+16 Charge to Banana_The_Second to even out the payment.
+48 Charge to whoever decides to help out in messing with King Dedede's Kingdom as a part of VANQUEST as a DLC character!

EDIT: And the 48 Charge goes to Crimtane Shovel ! Congrats on making © part of the VANQUEST experience as a must have DLC!

....have I mentioned VANQUEST is MOD COMPATIBLE? No charge to be earned, but ah. It'd be funni.

You deal immense financial damage to King Dedede! He takes 690,000 damage!

Cool Lights summoned!

[Charge Gifting]
I give this turns +64 to Dan (Sylveone46) with a bag of pens to help finish signing all that paperwork they carry. Chaos Reigns.

[Main Action]
Free 48 Charge?! AND a DLC spot?! And I just need to cause problems?!
"PACK UP WE'RE GOING TO DREAMLAND!"
©
, surprisingly excited about the chance, grabs a piece of himself, still attached, and begins swinging it around like a discus. He then throws it after One Hit Wonder and goes flying, with © aad the other ©'s awkwardly following behind as they... don't really have a choice.

©, fueled by the possibilities, tries doing this is a fun enough way to make his DLC appearance seem and play extremely different, what with his more wacky, varied moveset, like making clines of himselfto run atound, or turning into random vechiles to rampage through a straightaway (Critics would be annoyed by his ice physics and the brief movement penalty if a clone died, yet greatly appreciate the effort put in for his Ace-Attorney style minigame with the ©'s of Polybius, although a few questioned the legality of it. They were never heard from again). Of course, since One Hit Wonder already tore up the place, his levels consist of going through said ruined levels, with various new gimmicks and enemies occupying the space! (Kracko, for instance, is replaced by a Mr. Dooter looking to take his throne)

This, paired with a heavy marketing plan by the ©'s, means a lot of Dreamland residents want to buy it! This then leaves Dedede with no taxes he can collect, as everyone spent their money on VANQUEST! Oh, the irony!

[Free]
© spends its time swinging UNDEFINED BLADE like always. Hopefully it gets a more... familiar face.

[Entity Commands]
Well the ©'s are already all marketing VANQUEST to further boost sales, so....

Da Boys continue turning Dedede into dust.
"I will not be defeated so easily. Let the fuel take shape."
Ancient Fuelweaver creates Woven Shadows, and then attacks if he still can.

The Lads continue valiantly fighting the good fight. Cleric © is questioned a bit on if they can heal anything with the [©] alignment, any entity with © in the name, or specifically the ones © makes.

[Charge]
[220] <-Current Total

[60/60]

Well this here 60 Charge slam dunk is to fulfill my earlier intent towards giving Heather a Boon of the Crystal Gardens. Youre welcome.

[20/20]
This here 20 is being spent on THE ROD. What is THE ROD? Well, its a fishing rod that exists at the top of my Entity list, and can attempt to (slowly) drag an Entity to itself. Stats are; however many needed to denote this as Not Worth Attacking (like Obscurity but instead of because it's hidden/overlooked its because it's so objectively pathetic why waste the energy), 1 into HP (preferably only give it 1 HP to have more Charge go to the other abilities), and the rest into the aforementioned dragging ability.

[50/50]
Wow I'm spending a lot of Charge uhhhh this one goes, in a sense, to the Yellow Bloon. Because I'm spending this on however many Ceramic Bloons I can buy so he isn't a one-bloon Crowd. Sadly no Moab, a bit out of price range.

[90/90]
And this last 90 goes to my personal favorite Entity, Ancient Fuelweaver! The shadows coalesce around its Skeleton as it hardens in response to the world. It will not perish so easily. Not if They have a say in the matter.
30 into Armor, 20 into HP, and 40 into either Regeneration, Woven Shadow spawn amount, or Woven Shadow HP, whichever would result in more health being gained. (If Fuelweaver is capable of losing access to any ability by healing back over the threshold, instead put all 90 into Armor.)

[0] <- New Total (As a note to myself, this does not include any gifted Charge I might have received after JOE.)

You create a marketable new DLC to VANQUEST, causing further financial damage to King Dedede! 1,500,000 further financial damage, to be exact.

You use the UNDEFINED BLADE! You summon a Skeleton, a Power Ranger, and a Puppeteered Colossus!

Boon of the Crystal Gardens granted!

You summon... two Ceramic Bloons!

Ancient Fuelweaver upgraded!

"Saved by Aspera, you say? You sure whatever he saved you from isn't like, premeditated by him in the first place?"

"Like, if I knew you'd be capable of stuff like this and just overall being a neat guy to have in an Upper Circle I'm trying to build, I too would secretly have you tied down to the rails opposite of the one that has 5 other people tied to it and then pop up into the scene to 'heroically' let the trolley run over the 5 other nerds to save you just so I'd get your loyalty or something."

[CHARGE]

<![if !ie]> +128 from having a little duping mishap <![endif]>

The transaction is done. Some cleaning up is needed, but the stall is otherwise intact.

[66/66] (You probably know where this is going)
[66/66] (uh oh)

[16/500]
+8 to © in the form of an . (+8 to Crimtane Shovel)
+20 to Dan D. Daniels in the form of a CHAOS WAVE! it's just me waving my arms at him (+20 to Sylveone46)
+4 to Mischief in the form of no Infection. There's just none. (+4 to DreadKnight22)

The stall, after a brief cleanup of the cubes, remains in operation. 32 +1's for +1's. The stall is both gun-proof AND bullet-proof. (32 +1's up for trade)

[ACTION]

The enigmatic ambience of the End influences this action...

I drag some chess player out in the middle of his game and horribly remold his form into that of a functioning drive.

Don't worry, the guy was a chess cheater and thus what I've done befits his crime. I am such a paragon of justice after all.

How was the guy cheating, you ask? L-Let's not discuss what he was doing in great detail...

...anyways, here's the aptly-named Chess Drive whose purpose really is to just help the Shadow Pawn move around relative to the amount of RAM allocated to it.

[66 CHARGE USAGE]

<![if !ie]> The fifth insignia has been engraved.

The Impending is mere moments away...

<![endif]>

(The Idea gets a fifth set of 666 attacks.)

[66 CHARGE USAGE]

<![if !ie]> The sixth insignia has been engraved. All six glow a perceivable light from within the Idea's form, though brief the display may be.

...

The Impending is thus. What fate it brings is not brought by Destiny nor Fortune, but by the whims of a force dipping its influence into a war it otherwise shows no interest in.

<![endif]>

(The Idea gets its sixth set of 666 attacks. The Impending occurs...)

[ENTITIES]

THE FALLEN MOTHPIRE DARES KING DEDEDE TO SAY SOMETHING TO THEM. THEN THEY STUFF A MOTH SOCK ON HIM REGARDLESS OF IF HE SPEAKS OR NOT.

A Puppy and an Animated Bespectacled Mannequin smack King Dedede again.

The Bingus Bungus Mecha Mark II unleashes a full combo on King Dedede.

The Snawful Card Dealer heals whoever needs healing THAT ISN'T KING DEDEDE.

A Faker continues to try to hit Dedede.

<![if !ie]> Where allowed, The Idea remains its course upon Dedede. <![endif]>

(If any of these attacks would push Dedede's HP past the 15M HP threshold after Decay and other end-of-turn damages, then they will instead be stored into Vessel ©)

Program RAM Allocation:
<Chess Drive> All 700,000 RAM into pushing the Shadow Pawn upwards
<Empty Task Drive Slot> N/A
<Empty Task Drive Slot> N/A

...

The Shadow Pawn tips a nonexistent hat to Heather as it passes by her. From one potential growth-based folk to another.

King Dedede: I suppose it's not impossible.
King Dedede: But if he did premeditate it, he has a lot more control over the Mad God than he lets on.

Chess Drive summoned!

The Idea upgraded! A black cloud appears overhead...

I have the antidote to King Dedede that a protagonist cannot resist...

By using a laptop that was coincidentally existing and then browsing the internet and forums and game modding sites and everywhere, I install a mod that deals big numbers of damage to protagonists with a health bar.

Scoire: Sometimes, the best solution is the way creators weren't intending.

Once the mod finishes installing, I save the game's progress before applying the mod and refreshing the game to apply it.

Budge keeps doing its thing via attacking King Dedede.

You install a mod! I didn't give you permission to do that. I'm uninstalling it.

You deal 2,500,000 damage before the mod is disabled! You gain 1 Fire!

<![if !ie]> Before doing anything else, including narrating other things, THE DEDUCER OF A BRILLIANT TEXT-STRING-BASED PLAN directed the Paladin that replaced the Cake Guy to aid Him in a brilliant plan of His own design. His request is immediately fulfilled, because it is a good request and easy to solve, and He is very trustworthy.
At GUY-ABOUT-TO-DO-A-BRILLIANT-TEXT-STRING-BASED-PLAN's command, the Paladin stole His physicality (and possibly also spirituality). As a person Narrative capabilities, A PERSON WHO JUST LOST HIS PHYSICALITY is made of multiple parts, and one of those parts is His narrative powers. This part can survive even without the physical part, because having no body does not stop people from talking about you. It also does not stop you from thinking. Minds come in many forms, especially for a psychic. This is also true about not having a soul.
Even though His narrative presence is all of these paragraphs, He is not the entire paragraphs. It is like His psychic powers. They can spread out in a very big distance, but He is only the brain they come from. So his presence is all over the place, but He is only the text string that makes it. It is a text string which is very obvious, but which He will not say, because of a curse. So now He was a text string and could resume His plans.
A TEXT STRING STOLEN FROM A CREWMATE quirks an immaculate eyebrow (the eyebrow was also imaginary) in response to the functioning of Aspera's curse. No ordinary person would consider referring to an item used to enhance THE MISSING PIECE OF THE RAPIDLY-DEAD JOHN CREWMATE as referring to A STRING FORMERLY A PART OF A PLAN THAT WAS LATER SUPERSEDED BY SOMETHING IT IS NOW INVOLVED IN, unless they were being deliberately harsh.
But if Aspera's curse thought this was valid, then AN ITEM HELD BY A MASTER THIEF IN THE MAKING FOR 14 ROUNDS would exploit that quirk. A STRING THAT ALSO BECAME TYPOGRAPHY WITHOUT LOSING ANY LETTERS would exploit that quirk because it would slightly reduce the difficulty of making up new names for MTITM'S FORMER 3.5TH INVENTORY ITEM for any of THE FIRST TEXT-STRING CONTAINING X TO BE STOLEN's allies, because none of THE ITEM THAT REACTED POORLY TO THE ARTIFICER's allies would be so strange as to refer to an item used to enhance THAT WHICH BESTOWED HISTORY TO 'ITSELF' as the same as THE INDIVIDUAL WHO WAS MEANT TO RECEIVE HISTORY FROM A THING WHICH IS ALSO ALLEGEDLY HIM.
AN ITEM OBTAINED IN CHAPTER 5 UPDATE 8 pondered the situation and found a valuable theft target. AN ITEM LOST ON CH5 UPDATE 22 had already identified many valuable theft targets, but this was a new one and it was very valuable. It was not urgent though. And THE NAME OF A SONG WITH THE LYRIC 'IT'S YOUR REFLECTION LOOKING BACK TO PULL YOU DOWNNN' wanted to create a Cake either this turn or next turn, even though Cake Guy had failed to hold on to the hammer, because it would make THE NAME OF ANOTHER SONG WITH THE LYRIC 'YOU'VE BEEN KNOCKED DOWN AND GOT UP AGAIN' look more competent and trustworthy. THE NAME OF A SONG WITH THE LYRIC 'BURNING ASHES ON THE FLOOR' could easily pretend the Hammer had been relevant, and Cake Guy's Cake would support TEXT THAT INFLUENCED SOME ASHES's lies because Cake Guy's Cake was not as obsessed with Cake or short term as Cake Guy.
Fortunately, unlike Pizzasmcpizzas, where the adventurer 'orders' a Pizza, Cake Guy's Cake allows the adventurer to Bake a Cake. Baking usually involves fire, which meant Moths liked it. A STRING WHICH STARTS WITH THE FIRST TWO LETTERS OF THE SPELLING OF THE CURRENT GODMODDER SYMBOL AND FOLLOWS IT UP WITH ALMOST THE NAME OF STEELIX'S PREEVOLUTION explained this all to the one who replaced Cake Guy in a very convincing manner after receiving his physicality and also maybe spirituality back, and convinced them.
<![endif]>

OKAIE. THAT'S NOT HOW MOTHS TALK BUT THIS IS A CAKING ACTION SO HOWSABOUT SOME CROSSOVERS AMMIRITE UHHH CHECKING MY NOTES UHHHH A SYNONYM FOR ARABIAN BIRD (LIKE AS IN I'M TALKING ABOUT A WORD THAT IS A SYNONYM FOR THAT TWO-WORD-PHRASE, NOT DESCRIBING THEM AS BEING AN ARABIAN BIRD, WHICH THEY ARE NOT, BECAUSE BIRDS ARE NOT WORDS DESPITE BEING 60% THE SAME LETTERS) GREIT PLAININIG SYES. OKAI. BAKING JUST NEEDS FIRE, BECAUSE CAKE GUY'S CAKE'LL PROVIDE ALL THE OTHER STUFF. SO THE MORE FIRE THE PALADIN GETS THE MORE THEY CAN BAKE. THIS LOGIC IS WHITHOTU FLAWZ OR PIERS! BUT WHERE CAN THEY GET

CAKE

FIRE? WELL, THERE'S A FEW OPTIONS. FOR ONE, THERE'S UH. DANIELS. HE HAS FIRE WINGS. THAT'S LIKE AN ENDLESS FIRE SOURCE AND PROBABLY NOT ALWAYS USED IN THE ACTION! ALSO, IAN HSAS FIRES, BUT ITS A RESOURCE UNLIKE WINGS WHICH ARE SELF-REGENERATING OBVIOUSLY (BC IF IT'S FIRE IT'S GOTTA BE A 'THING THAT HEATS THE AIR THERE' AND YOU CAN TAKE THE HEATED AIR BUT NOT THE THING? OTHERWISE IT'D GO AWAY.). OR DEDEDE'S HAMMER PROBABLY MAYBE. MASKED DEDEDE HAS A HAMMER WITH HEAT RAYS AND ROCKETS BUT IDK IF THIS ONE IS THE SAME IT ONLY LOOKS LIKE 90% SIMILAR. MORE GREY. BUT PROBABLY! SO DEDEDE'S HAMMER, DANIELS' WINGS, MAYBE IAN, WHAT ELSE... MHMHM, DEDEDE! YOU SEE, IT MIGHT'VE BEEN SAID IN THE HOLY MOTH BOOKS OF THE BBBA DEITY THAT 'LIFE IS A COMBUSTION REACTION'. SOMEONE HAS DEFINITELY SAID THAT AT SOME POINT, BUT WE CAN'T TELL IF IT'S IN THE HOLY MOTH BOOKS BECAUSE THEY BURNED TO ASH BEFORE THEY COULD FINISH BEING MADE. FOR. FAIRLY OBVIOUS REASONS.
SO TIEM TO STEAL ALL THE THINGS! FIRE FROM THE WINGS IS AN EASY HEIST BECAUSE NOBODY WILL CARE. THOSE GET STOLEN AND USED FOR BAKING! REMEMBER, JUST THE FIRE, NOT THE THING THAT MAKES IT. BUT THERE'S ONLY SO MUCH OF THAT! PROBABLY! SO LET'S SEE DEDEDE! OKAIY, SO, DEDEEED CAN ONLY BLOCK WITH THE BLACK HAMMER BECAUSE THE OTHER ONE HAS FIRE TO STEAL AND HIS BODY IS ALIVE ANDD THUS A COMBUSTION REACTION. HIS HANDS ARE ALSO FULL OF HAMMERS, SO HE CAN'T GRAB ON TO ANYTHING ELSE, LIKE HIS FIRE OR HIS HAMMER'S FIRE. CAN HE HIT THE PALADIN? HMMMMMM OKAY HERE'S THE PLAN! FIRST, A DIRECT RUN! RIGHT AT DEDEDE! MAUBEY HE HAS NO NEW TRICKS AND BEING CKAINE MANSTEALIER 2 ELECTIRCFIRE BOOLAGOO WILL WORK FINE. BUT, IF HE STOPS THUAT SOMEWHOW, THE MOTH PALADIN USES THE FIRE STOLEN FROM THE WINGS.
HOWW?? WELL, THE PALADIN SORTA HOLDS OUT THE FIRE IN FRONT OF PALADIONSFACE AND STICKS A HAND THROUGH IT. FIRE PORTALS AHOY! DEDEDE'S HAMMER HAS FIRE INSIDE OF IT, HEAT RAYS AND ROCKETS, SO TOTALLY A VALID PORTAL! COULD ALSO TRY DUMPING OIL ALL OVER DEDEDE TO SET HIM ON FIRE. OIL IS A LIQUID SO IT'S HARD TO BLOCK WITH HAMMERS, TRUE FACTS. AND THEN WITH A HAND COMING OUT OF A FIRE-PORTAL THAT'S BASICALLY ATTACHED TO DEDEDE, THE REST OF THE STEALING IS PRETTY EASY!
(AND LIKE IF HE THROWS AWAY THE HAMMER TO KEEP THE HAND AWAY, HAMMER GET. THAT'S ALSO FINE.)

ONCE THERE'S A BUNCH OF FIRE AVAILABLE, USING IT IS JUST A MATTER OF POINTING IT AT CAKE GUY'S CAKE'S PROVIDED UNBAKED CAKES OR MATERIALS AND WAITING! THIS IS HOW BAKING WORKS!

(TL;DR: MANY NAMES ARE SAID FOR A TEXT STRING THAT I DON'T REALLY THINK SHOULD'VE COUNTED AS A MONIKER FOR WHO IT COUNTS AS A MONIKER FOR AND THEN THE MOTH PALADIN OF THE BBBA DEITY STEALS FIRE TO BAKE A CAKE! FIRE FROM PLACES LIKE: DANIELS' WINGS (BUT NOT THE SOURCE OF THAT FIRE JUST THE FIRE ITSELF), DEDEDE'S HAMMER, AND DEDEDE'S LIFE BECAUSE LIFE IS A COMBUSTION REACTION AND WE HAVE DOUBLE DAMAGE TODAY. FOR DEDEDE THEFTS, PLAN A IS TO DO WHAT CAKE GUY DID, BUT GAIN; AND PLAN B IS TO USE SOME FIRE AS A PORTAL LIKE THE PALADIN HAS DONE IN THE PAST, WITH THE DESTINATION BEING EITHER DEDEDE'S HAMMER (IT'S GOT ROCKETS AND HEAT BEAMS AND STUFF), OR DEDEDE (VIA DUMPING OIL ON HIM AND LIGHTING IT ON FIRE). SINCE THE PORTAL COMES OUT OF EITHER DEDEDE OR A HAMMER HE'S HOLDING, HE CAN'T REALLY KNOCK IT AWAY AND'LL HAVE A HARD TIME GETTING IN ITS WAY, AND IF HE DROPS THE HAMMER OH WELL THAT'S GOOD LOOT TOO.
SINCE YOU GET TO 'BAKE' A CAKE, THE INGREDIENTS ARE CLEARLY SUPPLIED BY THE ENTITY, SO ALL THAT'S NEEDED IS FIRE.)

(MECHANICAL TL;DR: SUMMON A CAKE PER VARIABLE ENTITY, WHILE ALSO POTENTIALLY DEBUFFING DEDEDE'S ATTACK OR DAMAGING HIM IN A WAY THAT MAKES THIS A THEFT.)

[ENTITIES: THE CQ CREMATE PICKS UP ONE OF THE VERY SMALL LIONS AND TAKES IT AS A PET! BEWARE, FOR I AM THE BOX GHOST!!
TASTE MY [CARDBOARD WRATH!!!]

The box ghost is used as a vector for my action power as the gelatinous cube realm is a place he likes to visit, and he calls down a storm of cardboard boxes, both constructed and not, bubble wrap and some cubes from the dimension, inadvertently synchronising with wafers planned action of empowering themselves with the power of the minotaur and attacking with star shaped objects, gaining said power but also the risk that power has. after the attack, the box ghost returns to the realm of gelatinous cubes.

You unleash a box ghost as your previous hail of gelatin comes crashing down! King Dedede's able to protect himself from the ghost, or the gelatin, but not both at the same time! Not as well, anyways.

King Dedede takes 7,500,000 damage!

A certain red robot comes landing on the scene, with yellow wings and an...interesting arsenal.
V2 ULTRAKILL joins the fray, with somewhat low HP, a railgun that takes a good 3 turns to charge, and a half decent, 25 or 50% dodge chance. It's a bit of a glass cannon, but should be an excellent damage dealer.

[64/64]: Upgrade to Heather.
A drop of magic power is thrown in Heather's face, where it pops, seeping into her body, just to make her more in line, in general, with the likes of the SOUL of the GUARDIAN in terms of power. While maintaining their niche as a scaling, damaging entity.

+64 to Ian (RazorTyphoon).

Same commands as last turn. Soul of the Guardian, meanwhile, applies Morale to MEME, ROOM blessing its morale applying ability.

[SPOIL OF WAR]: Tubby Custard is given to the Fuel Weaver.

[ACTION]: One on One - Financial Crisis Time
Kirby darts up to King Dedede now. Seeing as it's his turn, he locks eyes with his old arch nemesis.

Grand Hammer still in hand, Kirby lobs it, spinning, at Dedede, who most likely does block the attack...
<<Hey. Kirby. Help wreck Dedede's stuff with those running Waddle Doos? The One Hit Wonder's got something interesting going for him...>>
As Kirby rushes up to grab his hammer in the clash, doing a quick hammer spin to at least occupy Dedede, Kirby looks over at the One Hit Wonder as they head off after their Van.

And then gets an idea. Kirby yells out towards Pol, who nods, reading his mind.
Kirby winds up for a gigantic overhead smash on Dedede, who presumably easily dodges back...while Kirby instead slams onto a big stump Dedede actually dodged out of the way of. Not that it would've hurt him, since it didn't slide out of the ground that fast. But then he'd most likely recognise it as one of those stumps from Dreamland...the same ones that always force some change in the environment.

A pit opens up beneath them...
And for a while they drop in total darkness, Kirby simply using instinct and sound to continue duelling Dedede, hammer on hammer, with Kirby constantly changing his hammer's size to make countering and answering each of his moves increasingly hard.

After a while of falling - Kirby and Dedede would both feel a bit warped and moulded, for some reason, they fall into a nearby hall with waddle dees running away. Stragglers from the group that stole the van, the One Hit Wonder visible in the distance, wrecking up the local landscape and causing all around chaos.
<Mechanics of the game prevent me from taking those two straight to the van, buut at least Wonder is a much easier target to get a lock on.>
Possibly distracted by the change in scenery, Kirby eventually manages to knock Dedede away from him.

Kirby then smirks, dashing off to help out the One Hit Wonder out. He slams his hammer into the ground a few times as he runs, creating tremors instead of the familiar glowing shockwaves from a couple of turns ago, which cause the ceiling to crumble, causing swathes of rubble to fall down on some of the waddles dees.

Kirby then slows the heck down...noticing all the destruction everywhere. Including © already making his way through Dreamland as a DLC character. So instead he turns right around, rushing back to Dedede specifically to whack him. Less to do damage and more to just..knock him around and into the chaos © and the One Hit Wonder are instigating, generally making sure he actually is there when the One Hit Wonder tears up all the landscapes. Hammers work wonders for inflicting heck tons of knockback, after all.

As Dedede continues to engage Kirby, doing his best to avoid taking damage, he may notice Kirby actually being a bit wild with his attacks, sometimes purposefully missing just to cause gigantic tremors - mini earthquakes, that wreak even more havoc and ruin the trail even more, causing several Waddle Dees to lose their lives. He may find it a biit easy to block Kirby, but then he, pulling his hammer back for a swing to knock Kirby back, slams into a handful of Waddle Dees, killing them. Kirby only barely gets out of the way as Dedede tries slamming into him with another hammer, creating fractures that dance out and weaken the support of various structures nearby, causing several buildings in a Waddle Dee village to collapse.

He's making Dedede wreck up his own kingdom. Kirby at some point throws him into a local aquaduct, Dedede hits Kirby into a mountain that causes a landslide, causing widespread destruction that ends up blocking various roads.
And insurance never covers instigators of the damages. Dedede may be a protagonist, but unfortunately, protagonistic abilities do not cover the immense fees involved with life insurance payouts - amongst other things. King Dedede must be a good king, after all, obviously giving his subjects such things. Additionally, the wanton destruction of his own lands and people would bury any attempts to rely on insurance to mitigate the financial damage coming his way.

And to put insult to injury, Pol then teleports Kirby and Dedede back so Dedede can't even defend himself when the news tries chasing him up to ask him what the hell he's doing causing so much destruction.

You engage Dedede in a duel for further financial ruin! However, Dedede ends up more careful with wanton property damage than you expect. It is his kingdom, after all!

Still, you deal 1,500,000 damage! You also gain D, E, and E to your TYPOGRAPHY!

V2 summoned! Heather upgraded, but it seems like whatever's happening to her has made the angle of upgrading a bit... unexpected.

The Knight and the Mech stand in front of Dedede, The Mech stands behind The Knight as though it were a puppet, or maybe like a manifestation of The Knight's Fighting Spirit.

The Army waits for the Core Block Vehicles to act, The Commander watches, recording and analyzing its observations.

They both start Screaming
"HAAAAA-"

They drop all of their weapons, then they raise a Fist, the Mech's Right Hand builds into a solid chunk of Blocks, to serve as a fist, since it doesn't normally have a right hand.

Their screaming gets louder, until finally:

"STAAAANDAAAAARD PUUUNCH!!!"

They hit Dedede in the face, with a standard punch, a regular, normal punch.

Dedede is launched and Hits the Wall, he then bounces from the ring wall and falls, normally onto the ring floor.

The Block army applauses them, marveling at the sheer Power of a standard punch.

The Dragon's Teeth. A pair of legendary swords, with the ability to drain and transmute magical energy.
In their world said energy was quite literally the lifeblood of living beings, but in this world it's not so.
That doesn't change how powerful it is, though.

Tom Sawyer digs in their junkpile for something interesting, when suddenly they're overtaken by a mad desires to dig.
They scatter bits and bobs of assorted thrown-out things, and finally pull it out.
The sword's pure white pommel shines in the light, despite it's blade being covered with dirt.
Tom Sawyer picks it up, and swings it around, and trips, and it goes flying through the air.
It lands, it's blade sinking into the ground, where everyone can use it.
(92 CP in HP, 100 CP into 'making whoever is stabbed by it lose only a bit of HP in exchange for a boost of magical energy.' It's treated more like an item than an entity.)

[ACTION]
Suddenly, King Dedede feels very, very sick, like they swallowed a brick and it messed with their internal organs.
...wait, that's exactly what happened! Who knew?
They vomit out the brick. There's a note wrapped to it:

"Hello. We are the Big Bad Brick Gang, an anonymous group of vandals and other malcontents who strike in secret in the middle of the night, with clever strategy and bricks. You cannot know when we will strike next and no one will ever catch us, but the whole world knows the menace of the Big Bad Brick Gang.

Sincerely, the Big Bad Brick Gang"

King Dedede disagrees.

King Dedede stares at the note for a bit longer, and starts to agree.

They snap out of it, and begin plotting to smash their heads in with their hammers as soon as they find th-
wait. where are their hammers? these are just...

bricks.

"Hello. We are the Big Bad Brick Gang. You might not believe we struck here, but we did. You'll never figure out a way to smash our heads in.

Sincerely, the Big Bad Brick Gang."

The Relic-Bearer walks over to the Memory of a Regent. A memory holds history just as much as the real thing.
The memory of someone could've been a happy memory, a sad memory. It could've been passed on to many other people.
And eventually, the memory takes on a life of it's own, separate from the thing it's a memory of.
The Relic-Bearer sees it. It sees it as if it's a real being. And suddenly, the Memory of a Regen realizes that it is.

The Artificer Degree Two brushes off their singes, and takes the Matter Converter.
They look at the Variable Entity. Is it truly made of matter, if it's evershifting?
...yes. Just like matter, it's just in different states. It's state-shifting is simply sideways instead of vertical in temperature.
The Matter Converter was used to turn protection into a resource, and it will be used to turn protection into a resource.
Integration. The history is sided carefully out and fused together with the Variable Entity's own powers of matter conversion.

...Bit Bizarre to put this above the regular action, but OK. It's not like it changes the result: Heather and Pizzaface both strike at King Dedede.

[ ACTION - PSYCHIC ]

Once upon a time...

After the King of the Waddle Dees used a sacred weapon to send Tazz flying, the pikachu-statue-thing did not immediately return. They eventually do, returning to the spotlight from the edge of the arena... Looking not even the slightest bit perturbed. Really, if anything, they seem giddy.

"Oh MAN I have not felt that in a while. I admit, then, that me and Aspera must be alike a little then, but frankly, I don't care beyond thinking he's only intimidating for power. He's a shell of a character. 'Dark scientist' my behind, that just makes him irrational, in a boring way. I suppose I'll have to find out for myself in the end, but for now, he's something to scrub out of the story altogether."

"But forget all of that. You don't care, neither do I. This fight is what matters to me! Keep it up, man, keep it up! Show me more! Make me feel something!"

Heather, briefly, thinks on whether or not to comment on Tazz still being completely invincible just because they could be shoved around. She wisely remains silent.

"Oh, but first..." Tazz reaches into their duffel bag and pulls out a book, unmarked, unlabeled-oh, and six times the size of the duffel bag and Tazz themselves in total height. Its leatherbound cover is ludicrously thick, and draped with gorgeous red curtains for no obviously apparent reason. Tazz pulls the book open effortlessly despite the size difference-it lacks a title or adornment. Dedede feels the beginnings of a headache.

"You, wielding that hammer, are the Protagonist of the story! So if there is a protagonist, there must be a story. So let's start there. Er-hem."

"Once upon a time..."

Dedede braces-

"The End."

Dedede blinks. That is fast. Tazz, sensing disbelief, turns the book over-and it only has two pages, indeed, just with "Once upon a time" and "The End." No magic permeates it. Nothing special about it, despite the strange, elaborate appearance. Tazz slams it shut-

-and Dedede's mask explodes outwards as massive crimson curtains violently erupt from his skull.

The End.

The end. You deal 15,000,000 damage -

King Dedede: Or is it?

- before, with just three words, your attack is all but reversed. You can see that King Dedede's mask is showing some damage, so it's not a complete loss. You deal 1,000,000 damage!

Aspera [GM]: 4/50 HP, Godmodder

Itinerary:

AG: Destroy Aspera!
AG: Defeat King Dedede!

N: Seek out your personal objectives.
PG: Protect Aspera!
PG: Assist King Dedede!

Battlefield:

Sacred Ground: Caused by the presence of a Sacred Black Weapon. It is not possible to bodyguard on this floor.
RIng Match: King Dedede stands in the center of a ring, with the Sacred Black Hammer helping him ensure he's facing you, and not whatever lackeys you choose to send at him. Entities deal halved damage to King Dedede.
Green Needle Downpour: It's raining green needles. Not exactly the most pleasant weather. At the end of this turn, all entities will lose HP equal to 10% of their max HP, rounded down if necessary. Fleeting.
Starlit Fog: A thick fog covers the battlefield. All [PG] entities have a 10% chance to miss their attacks.
<![if !ie]> Black Cloud <![endif]>: A black cloud covers the arena. At the end of each turn, the current boss entity is struck by a bolt of lightning that deals 666,666 damage. If this weather is dispelled, The Idea will lose all of its attack sets. (Killing The Idea does not dispel this.)

Morale: If Morale is equal to the affected entity's Attack and Healing combined, that entity immediately acts again after acting (and advances its cooldowns), and that much Morale is lost. Can trigger multiple times in one turn. Entities with special abilities may need more Morale, applied at my discretion.

Decay: Deals damage at the end of each turn until it's dispelled or the afflicted entity dies. Can be dispelled by actions.
Stun: If Stun is equal to the afflicted entity's current HP, all Stun is removed and that entity does not act or reduce cooldowns this turn.
Bleed: Deals damage at the end of each turn. If Bleeding is not applied on a given turn to the afflicted entity, it is dispelled entirely after the entity takes damage.
Fear: The afflicted entity deals reduced damage each turn equal to total Fear. If the entity has more than one attack, this effect still only applies once, although it can apply to more than one attack if it is higher than the damage dealt by one of the attacks.
Distraction: The afflicted entity deals reduced damage each turn equal to total Distraction. If Distraction is not applied on a given turn to the afflicted entity, it is dispelled entirely after the entity attacks.
Insanity: Each turn, the entity has a random chance, based on the total amount of Insanity and that entity's Attack, to attack an allied entity instead of its intended target.

Entities:

King Dedede

[PG-BOSS-ϕ][HAMMER]: HP: 12,331,834/50,000,000, Attack: 500,000 + 100,000x7, Sacred Black Hammer, One On One, Hammer Spin, Fear: 10,000, Decay: 11,000, Stun: 250,000, Distraction: 35,000 ϕ

Sacred Black Hammer: The Sacred Black Hammer gives King Dedede all of the natural abilities of a protagonist. Random chances are more likely to end in King Dedede's favor, and if he would come up just short of finishing off an enemy, something will ensure he gets that last bit of damage.
One On One: King Dedede isn't going down without a fight. He will counter your attacks to take reduced damage, but any attacks he fails to counter will do even more damage. (In other words, the base damage of attacks is reduced, but creativity bonuses are even higher.
Hammer Spin: If King Dedede takes more than 15,000,000 damage in a single turn, rather than attacking normally, he'll perform a powerful hammer spin, dealing severe damage to many entities but not attacking at all the following turn (unless he's damaged into another Hammer Spin).
ϕ: When King Dedede is defeated, Aspera takes 1 damage.

Spoils of War:
Misery/The Doctor:

Spur

. Owner: Tom Sawyer [AG]. A strange gun with a star scratched into the stock. Each turn, this item passively accumulates Charge. When fired, it expends all of its Charge, dealing a varying amount of damage per Charge. At 1 Charge, it deals 25,000 damage per Charge; at 2-3 Charge, 50,000; at 4-6 Charge, 75,000; and at 7+ Charge, 100,000. Charge: 6, Cooldown: NO COOLDOWN
The Teletubbies: Tubby Custard Machine. Owner: Pol and Kirby [AG]. A whimsical machine with two large spires for storing Tubby Custard. Once every 4 turns, it can be used to heal 5,000 HP to any entity. This healing can bring entities over their max HP, if they're not already above their max HP. Additionally, the Tubby Custard Key may be used one time to revive any entity that died the preceding turn, with full HP. THE TUBBY CUSTARD KEY MAY ONLY BE USED ONCE THROUGH THE ENTIRE GAME. Cooldown: IIII. Tubby Custard Key: Available
Fortegreen Crewmate: Emergency Meeting Button. Owner: JOE Cake OF THE MOTHPIRE [AG]. A red button that can be used to assemble everyone in the area. Once every 5 turns, it can be used to summon a Crewmate, who the owner will be able to direct to various tasks. Its effectiveness will vary. Cooldown: IIIII
Kabula: Kabula Cannon. Owner: Tazz [AG]. A large, somewhat unwieldy cannon that fires three shots at once. Once every 5 turns, it can be used to deal 10,000 damage to three different entities. For the purposes of this Spoil, Crowd entities are counted as a single entity. Cooldown: IIIII
Cyber End*r Dr*gon: Cyber Dr*gon Egg. Owner: Niyr [PG]. Somehow, turning the End*r Dr*gon into a technological terror passed the property on to this egg. The egg appears to have no function, but there is a green button on the back. The longer you look at it, the brighter it gets. You get the feeling you can only press this button once... Green Button: Unavailable
King Dedede (first fight)/Norm: Norm's Heart. Owner: Robot #207 [AG]. The squirrel that's in charge of providing power for Norm. Never tires. Norm's Heart may be given to an entity, granting it either an additional 50,000 Attack or doubled Attack, whichever is the larger bonus, until it dies, at which point Norm's Heart will become available again. Status: Unavailable
Shaggy: The Sandwich Of Oblivion. Owner: [Name Here] [N]. A sandwich of unfathomable power, made of the finest ingredients one can find in the thousand universes. This sandwich may be fed to an NPC a total of three times across the entire game, with an indeterminate and plot-linked cooldown. Eating the sandwich will cause a major plot disturbance or critical interference. This will not always work out in the favor of the owner. Status: Available, uses left: 1
The Spamtanic/Spamton NEO: Pipis Cannon. Owner: Mischief [AG]. An arm cannon, ripped off of Spamton NEO. It contains an invasive species of detonating freshwater clam. EACH TURN, the Pipis Cannon may be fired at a target of your choice. A pipis will appear on the battlefield with 20,000 HP, and you may use actions to protect it from attacks. The turn after it is summoned, it will detonate, dealing 50,000 damage to its target. If the target dies, the pipis will instead change its target and detonate on the next turn after that. Cooldown: NO COOLDOWN
Overcharged Mob Spawner/Oryx the Exalted God: Exalted God's Horn. Owner: Ian [AG]. Upgrade of the Debug Stick. A golden horn, liberated from Oryx's helmet. Contains a fragment of Oryx's Curse. Once every three turns, it can be used on an entity you control, or someone else's entity with permission, to kill it, dealing its max HP as damage to a target of your choice. At the end of the turn, that entity is then revived, but at 1 HP. Cooldown: III
Helkite Overlord: Shotgun. Owner: Fasto [AG]. A shotgun made of distressingly black metal and distressingly white wood. It seems to have been passed down through many owners. The initials "DK," "GB∞," and "JQA" are carved into the stock. There is only one bullet inside. When fired, this shotgun will instantly kill any one target of your choice. With the exception of Godmodders and other Adventurers, this can target anything on the battlefield and it will not fail. It may only be used once. You could use it more if you found more ammo. You will not find more ammo. Status: Empty
THE LORDE/The Evil Wizard: UNDEFINED BLADE. Owner: ©. A sword that seems to be incapable of deciding what kind of sword it wants to be. Once every four turns, it can be used to summon three random entities from the first few chapters of the game. Some entities, like bosses, cannot be summoned by this. Cooldown: IIII
Fawful & Midbus/Overtuned Mob Spawner: The First Spawn Egg. Owner: Toby [AG]. A spawn egg. Unlimited potential rests within. Once every three turns, it can be used to spawn four entities of your choosing from a limited selection of Vindicator, Evoker, Blaze, Piglin, or Pillager. Cooldown: III
P03: Leshy's Camera. Owner: Dan D. Daniels [<0>]. An old-looking camera with a roll of film in it. Once every two turns, it can be used to kill an entity with 10,000 (current) HP or less and convert them to an item in your inventory. This item can be used later for damage or healing based on the entity's stats. Cooldown: II
Ink Sans: Inkbrush. Owner: tzaoray [PG]. A paintbrush covered in various colors of ink. Once every four turns, it can be used to summon a copy of Sans with 10,000 HP, 5,000 Attack, 75% Dodge, and Dodge Exhaustion. Cooldown: IIII

Permanent Upgrades:
Chapter 1: The Great K.A.T.E. A strange red bucket that contains a weather machine. What does K.A.T.E. stand for? Your guess is as good as mine! The Great K.A.T.E. provides many forms of weather information, explaining environmental effects and attack boosts given by the current area. Weather can be changed by a sufficiently creative action and/or the influences of various entities.
Chapter 2: Crossroads of Destiny. A portion of Shaggy's power, specifically dealing in one's "destiny." At an indeterminate time, the Crossroads of Destiny will appear to a player character, giving them a large number of choices for a permanent augmentation that can shake up how they play the game. (Indeterminate time means I'll offer you a crossroads whenever I think I have enough cool ideas for your character.)
Chapter 3: The Dubious Friendship of a Mirror-Entity. Spending time on the other side of the mirror seems to have made you stronger. The mirror-entity's influence? It seems likely, but you're not sure why. If an attack against a Godmodder is sufficiently creative, it has a chance to deal an additional point of damage.
Chapter 4: OLD_DATA. A block of strange code related to the foundations of reality itself, coalesced into a chunk of black material. Standing near it makes you feel more real. Powers up all players' Destinies, and makes Destiny acquisition quicker.
Trial ε: Exaltation. An inversion of Oryx's already-inverted curse, granting you power for slaying an immense foe. All players' action power is doubled, including all additive bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise. Additionally, all players gain twice as many Charge each turn (again, including additive bonuses), and you give twice as much Charge each turn to other players. (You may give them to separate players.)
Trial Θ: Sacred Black Gun. A gun made of an unknown black material. Shots fired from it never miss, and damage the target conceptually as well as literally. Just being near it makes you feel stronger. All players' action power is doubled, including all additive bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise. Additionally, all players gain twice as many Charge each turn (again, including additive bonuses), and you give twice as much Charge each turn to other players. (You may give them to separate players.)
Trial λ: Sacred Black Wand. A wand made of an unknown black material. It passively absorbs power from nearby allies, and protects the user from harm. All players' action power is doubled, including all additive bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise. Additionally, all players gain twice as many Charge each turn (again, including additive bonuses), and you give twice as much Charge each turn to other players. (You may give them to separate players.)
Trial μ: Sacred Black Cog. A cog that can be inserted into any machine to make it think and run faster. All players' action power is doubled, including all additive bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise. Additionally, all players gain twice as many Charge each turn (again, including additive bonuses), and you give twice as much Charge each turn to other players. (You may give them to separate players.)
Trial π: Time's Commendation. It turns out that if you resolve enough time loops and prevent enough paradoxes, time itself gives you a formal recognition, complete with certificate and a 10% discount at supermarkets. All players' action power is doubled, including all additive bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise. Additionally, all players gain twice as many Charge each turn (again, including additive bonuses), and you give twice as much Charge each turn to other players. (You may give them to separate players.)
Trial Σ: Sacred Black Rod. A rod that allows its user to inhabit multiple bodies at once. As a weapon, it can be extended to any point its user can see, making it useful for attacking at long range. All players' action power is doubled, including all additive bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise. Additionally, all players gain twice as many Charge each turn (again, including additive bonuses), and you give twice as much Charge each turn to other players. (You may give them to separate players.)
